We specialize in Haitian cuisine. Haitian cuisine can be described as a blend of African ancestry with influences from the French and Creole. Haitian food is still cooked with the same flavors that have been used for hundreds of years of traditional recipes. The level of pride that we have in our Haitian food can be found in each bite. We value fresh blends and taking our time when cleaning and marinating our food. Haitians hold ourselves to a high standard to serve the most flavorful and authentic plates so that we continue to represent our ancestry. We believe that cooking Haitian food is a privilege.
